Running the British 10K 2017 for Children Change Colombia
Every year thousands of runners and a crowd of spectators meet in the streets of central London to take part of the British 10K. This amazing race takes participants through London's most famous landmarks such as Regent Street, Trafalgar Square and Westminster Abbey.
This year, our enthusiastic supporters Natalia Ramirez, Jane Green and Cristian Pedraza made up Children Change Colombia's team. Driven by their commitment to resolving the issues that affect marginalised children in Colombia and their love for running, they managed to do well in the race and raised a significant amount of funds in support of our work.
As part of his fundraising campaign, Cristian, who is studying to become a film maker, created an inspiring video to tell why he decided to run the British 10k and to fundraise for Children Change Colombia. You can watch the video and sponsor him here.
