He is a psychologist from the city of Santa Marta, a specialist in Occupational Health Management, and holds a Master’s degree in Social Development in Knowledge Societies.
He has more than 12 years of experience leading social development initiatives, employability programmes, and projects with impact in vulnerable communities. He has worked on the design and implementation of programmes focused on inclusion and the creation of employment opportunities, supporting more than 500 young people in preparing for the world of work in the Magdalena region.
His motivation for joining Children Change Colombia as a professor of entrepreneurship and employability stems from his strong commitment to youth development and social transformation. He has extensive knowledge of the most vulnerable sectors of the city of Santa Marta and the Magdalena department, as well as experience coordinating processes with technical and vocational education institutions. He has developed direct interventions with children, adolescents, adults, and families, including migrant and Indigenous populations, which allows him to understand their needs holistically and support effective accompaniment processes.
Some of the organisations he has worked with from a social development perspective include Fundepalma, the NGO Fundaenlace, World Vision, and Etraining Talento Tech. He also has experience as a lecturer in soft skills in higher education institutions, strengthening key competencies for employability and personal development.
