Research Volunteer
Stephany is a Venezuelan-Surinamese, internationally experienced educational theorist with a strong background in pedagogy, education and management. Having lived and worked in six countries across the Caribbean, South America, Europe and North Africa and having grown up trilingual, she brings an inclusive and intercultural approach to teaching, leadership and research. She holds a Bachelor in Educational Theory, a Master in Management and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Child Studies at Linköping University. Currently working as a kindergarten teacher in Brussels, she designs inquiry-based and inclusive learning environments that promote creativity, critical thinking and global citizenship. Her research interests center on children’s agency, urban education and early childhood education.
