English Teacher
César holds a bachelor’s degree in Foreign Languages with a focus on English and has experience teaching both in-person and online to students of various ages and educational levels. During his teacher training, he strengthened his pedagogical and digital skills through practical experiences in UNAD’s virtual community, where he supported university students’ English learning processes.
In his teaching practice, César is known for designing dynamic, participatory, and interactive lessons in which students play an active role in their own learning process. His work focuses particularly on strengthening communication skills and creating experiences in which English can be connected to situations that are familiar and meaningful to students. He stands out for his creativity, adaptability, and commitment to inclusive education, fostering positive environments that acknowledge different learning paces, build confidence, and encourage participation and the holistic development of children and young people.
