Music Teacher
Keiner Calderón Balaguera, is from the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta. He’s currently studying law and is a beneficiary of Children Change Colombia, as well as working as an early childhood educator in the arts, particularly in music and music theory.
In addition, he has training as a Music Technician and is currently studying to become an Early Childhood Education Technician. This has helped him in his training as an art and culture teacher for children and youth in his region. He enjoys working as an educator because it allows him to share what he knows through music and art, but also to learn from each child. With Children Change Colombia, he hopes to continue growing, contribute to children’s dreams, and demonstrate that art can be a tool to transform lives and create new opportunities.
